Return Process

  Log into your MIDI account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.

  Wait for Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request to ensure the items are in their original packaging and unused condition.

  Handover to Courier

  Once approved, a courier will be dispatched to your location to collect the return package at a time convenient for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the items reach our warehouse and pass inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
